Location: London / Hybrid Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme & Events Manager to join a well-established organisation. This varied role combines programme and event management, partnership development and stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for delivering high-quality programmes and events from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a range of programmes and events, including conferences, workshops, roundtables, webinars and training.
• Manage projects, budgets, timelines and logistics to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
• Support event logistics including venues, catering, AV and on-site delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Manage partner commitments and act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate programme and partnership records and provide regular reports and updates.

About You

You will have experience in programme, project, event or partnership management, with excellent organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects and priorities.
• A strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with external partners, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management or CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience.
