Your area of responsibility with us

• Leadership and control of operational personnel with regard to compliance with the service contract
• Responsibility for smooth service operations
• Personnel planning and personnel scheduling
• Documentation and reporting of the security services provided
• Assistance in day-to-day business as well as support for special projects and events
• Contact person for customers and employees

As a Site Manager, you will lead our team at one of our renowned customer sites in Düsseldorf.

What will convince us

• At least Sachkunde according to § 34a GewO (IHK) or higher qualification
• Communicative English (B1)
• Experience as a Site Manager, Team Leader or Shift Leader in site protection
• Experience in reception services is an advantage
• Flawless police certificate of good conduct
• Good manners and a friendly, confident appearance
