Customer Project Manager (m/w/d)

As a Customer Project Manager*, you will support existing and new customers from the Mobility sector with a focus on technical aspects and solutions from plastics technology and successfully implement customer projects in cooperation with the cross-departmental project team.

• communicate proactively with customers, ascertain their wishes and requirements, and record them for further processing.
• assume full technical responsibility for customer projects in the concept and acquisition phase and support the preparation of offers as well as calculations.
• develop and evaluate technical solution concepts in close cooperation with the internal specialist departments and coordinate these with the customers.
• plan, steer, and control the project budget including the corresponding resources and monitor the project schedules.
• coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams technically in the early project phase until handover to the Plant Project Management.
• actively participate in efficiency and cost reduction projects for products and processes and contribute improvement and solution suggestions.

You are a good fit for us if you…

• have successfully completed a degree in engineering (e.g., industrial engineering), further training as a technician, or a comparable education and training.
• bring several years of experience in a comparable position.
• have knowledge in the field of injection molding technology and tool technology.
• are customer-oriented and flexible and possess negotiation skills.
• are an empathetic and friendly personality who enjoys working and communicating with people and possesses organizational talent.
• are willing to travel and have good written and spoken English skills.
