Escalator Fitter / Service Technician

About the position

As an escalator fitter/service technician, you will work with installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of escalators. The work takes place both independently and together with colleagues at various workplaces. You will become an important part of our team and contribute to delivering high quality and safe solutions to our customers.

Tasks

• Installation and assembly of escalators.
• Service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Repairs and modernizations.
• Documentation of performed work.
• Work according to applicable safety and quality requirements.

We are looking for you who

• Have a technical interest and enjoy practical work.
• Are responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Have a B-driver's license or plan to obtain one in the near future.

Experience with escalators, elevators, mechanics, electricity, or other technical service is meritorious, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and develop. Swedish is not a requirement, but you need to be able to communicate in English or another language that works in daily work.
