Your Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries and handling customer orders in the after-sales area

• Supporting customers via telephone and in writing

• Creating and following up on service offers for services and spare parts

• Coordinating service orders and scheduling service employees

• Maintaining and expanding customer master data

Profile

• Education - Completed technical training (apprenticeship, master craftsman, technical college, or HTL)

• Specialist knowledge - Professional experience in technical service as well as confident use of MS Office

• Personal strengths - Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of customer contact

• Additionally, you bring - Good English skills in spoken and written form
