In the area of Quality Management
- ...you process internal error reports, customer and supplier complaints, including root cause analysis and follow-up of measures (e.g., according to the 8D method).
- ...you create and maintain inspection plans, checklists, and process documentation.
- ...you are responsible for the organization and execution of quality inspections (incoming goods, sampling, product audit).
- ...you block non-conforming parts and initiate rework, complaints, and scrapping.
- ...you act as the contact person for quality problems in production.
- ...you moderate FMEA and Lessons Learned meetings.
- ...you assist with document control.
PROFILE
- Completed technical training (HTL, Meister, apprenticeship)
- Several years of professional experience in the quality management of a production company
- SAP knowledge | English skills | MS-Office
- Team spirit | strong communication skills
- High quality awareness | structured and proactive way of working
