Medical Assistant - Employee(s) sought to support the ski school office

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable employee to support us in the office during the winter season.

Your duties include scheduling private lessons, receiving, guiding, and advising our guests on location, selling ski lessons, and answering customer inquiries via email and telephone. Additionally, you will handle complaints and special situations in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

You possess excellent command of both the German and English languages. You work independently, in a structured manner, and have a representative, friendly, and professional appearance. You enjoy working with people, are stress-resistant, and function well within a team.

During busy periods or when the situation requires it, it may be that you also participate in the daily activities of the ski school. Therefore, a completed Skilehrer Anwärter training is a plus. Most importantly, we find that you enjoy actively contributing within the ski school.

We offer you a varied position within an enthusiastic team, lots of direct contact with guests, and a challenging work environment in the middle of the winter season. You will receive a lift pass that you may also use privately.

The accommodation is completely free and is located in the skilerarenhuis. You will stay in a shared double room with TV, wifi, washing machine, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
