Industrial Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Your missions

Working in close collaboration with the Europe Maintenance Manager, the maintenance managers of the various sites, and the production managers, you will play a role as a technical expert and coordinator on a European scale.

In this capacity, you will notably be required to: Coordinate maintenance activities between the different European industrial sites; Support local teams in improving equipment availability and reliability; Deploy the Business Unit's maintenance strategy and harmonize best practices; Analyze plant performance and identify improvement levers (TRS/OEE, MTBF, MTTR); Participate in complex failure analyses and continuous improvement processes (PDCA, RCA, Lean, TPM); Lead or support technical projects aimed at optimizing industrial performance and controlling maintenance costs; Ensure technological monitoring and promote experience sharing between the different European sites.

Profile Description:

Your profile

A graduate of an engineering school or with higher education in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or electromechanics, you have solid experience (minimum 15 years) in maintenance functions within an industrial environment.

You have progressed through positions of responsibility and are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite teams without direct hierarchical links, and your aptitude for managing cross-functional projects in an international environment.

You master continuous improvement tools and methods (Lean, TPM, PDCA, RCA) as well as maintenance performance indicators.

Your English level is fluent, both spoken and written.

Job Conditions

Administrative reporting to the Aniche (59) site, with the possibility of also working from the European headquarters located in Belgium or via teleworking, depending on business needs.

Frequent travel in Europe and Morocco (Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Spain, Italy, England, and Morocco), particularly during the initial takeover of the position.
