Your missions

Define and deploy the site's industrial strategy in coherence with the Group's orientations. Supervise all production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and support function activities. Guarantee industrial performance and compliance with customer commitments. Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements regarding health, safety, and environment. Optimize processes to improve the site's productivity, quality, and competitiveness. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment plans, and be accountable for the profit and loss statement. Manage, support, and develop management teams and employees. Drive talent management, succession plans, and skills development. Maintain a constructive social dialogue in compliance with current regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Collaborate closely with Group teams to support development projects.

Profile Description:

Your profile

Engineering degree or higher education in industrial management. At least 5 years in an industrial site management position in a demanding environment. Proven experience in the automotive industry. Recognized leadership and ability to unite teams. Excellent financial management and performance steering skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders. Fluent English is essential.
