Industrialization / Methods Project Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Your Missions Reporting to the Technical Manager and acting as the referent for your technology, you will work on the industrialization of new products and the integration of new industrial equipment. In this capacity, your main missions will be:
- Perform workstation studies and define work standards
- Write specifications and participate in supplier consultations
- Technically analyze and challenge offers from equipment suppliers
- Monitor the design, qualification, and reception of industrial means
- Define and optimize process parameters, particularly on welding processes
- Write setting ranges and ensure the performance increase of equipment
- Participate in the resolution of technical problems related to quality, breakdowns, or customer incidents
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives: SMED, Hoshin, PDCA, etc.
- Participate in ergonomic studies and the monitoring of associated action plans
- Ensure the achievement of Quality, Cost, and Lead Time objectives for industrialized equipment
- Ensure the monitoring of means after their implementation and their validation with HSE, Production, and Quality departments
- Perform techno-economic studies and propose suitable technical solutions
- Write prevention plans and ensure the monitoring of interventions by external companies
- Provide your technical expertise to the various projects and sites of the group.
Occasional travel, notably to suppliers and potentially abroad, is to be expected.
Profile Description:
Your Profile With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or project management, you have significant experience in industrialization, methods, or industrial processes, ideally in the automotive sector. You ideally master one or more industrial processes, with expertise in welding and/or tooling. You also have knowledge in:
- Continuous Improvement
- AMDEC
- Project Management
- Writing specifications
- Qualification and reception of industrial means
- Workstation studies and ergonomics.
Autonomous and possessing good analytical skills, you are able to challenge technical solutions and work with various stakeholders, both internal and external. B2 level English proficiency is expected in order to communicate with certain international suppliers and partners.
