Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer M/F
Your role will involve intervening across three axes:
Routine Maintenance Axis
Evolution of preparation methods, work planning / scheduling, work order processes (from diagnosis to work closure). Evaluating processes to be improved. Supporting changes in practices for maintenance stakeholders. Monitoring efficiency gains and intervention quality.
Reliability Axis
Review of equipment criticality analysis. Leading a multidisciplinary team to analyze "production loss" events, root causes, and action plans in connection with the site operational excellence coordinator. Development of methodologies such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) or RBI (Risk Based Inspection). Prioritization and development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Steering Axis
Consolidating project monitoring and performance indicators. Providing regular reporting to the site Codir on indicators (dashboard), bottlenecks, and project successes.
With a Master's degree (Bac +5), you have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of industrial maintenance as well as in Continuous Improvement, including knowledge in process improvement such as Green Belt, Lean, Six Sigma. Operational level of English.
