You will join a human-sized production site and more specifically the Industrialization department under the hierarchy of the department manager. You will join a department consisting of 8 people in order to take charge of new Industrialization projects and also participate in the series life activity on technical products. Sensitized to automotive standards such as IATF, you will take charge of the operational & strategic management of projects. Working transversely with all departments and acting as the dedicated interlocutor for the client, your English is technical and operational. Missions:

• Pilot the definition of project data
• Synthesize data through specifications, site sheets, reports...
• Pilot the research and selection of solutions (internal or external); synthesize to assist in techno-economic choice
• Ensure project organization (choice of actors, definition of planning, budget evaluation), follow the project and/or the developments necessary for the project until the end of the product life
• Ensure compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines, reporting to your hierarchy
• Guarantee technical data in the SI, guarantee the conformity of commitments (safety, ergonomics, workstations/equipment, ...)
• Participate in, and coordinate, the definition and implementation of procedures necessary for the operation of installations and processes
• Pilot product or process evolutions from the request until the effective change or until the depletion of stocks of end-of-life products (documentation, methods ...)
• Is the privileged interlocutor of the client, informs and reports on the progress of the project.
• Pilot the formalization and management of good practices and work standards
• Lead/participate in meetings with the client
• Participate in working groups, problem solving
• Is an actor in the development of Lean Manufacturing

Profile sought: With a background in Engineering such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineer, you have a first experience in piloting technical projects with an average duration of 24 months for demanding and standardized clients. Your English is fluent to be able to communicate orally.
