Technical Manager M/F
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Direction of an industrial business specializing in energy transfer technologies, your role consists of strengthening the company's presence in the renewable and conventional energy markets.
You define the budget, manage the strategy, and drive account animation in order to achieve the commercial objectives for which you are responsible. You also contribute to the development of marketing plans for markets, products, and technologies in the medium and long term.
After an integration and training period allowing you to discover the business, products, organization, and customers, your main missions will be as follows:
- Provide product and application expertise in support of field sales teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and accounts, particularly on technical aspects.
- Define and manage the market development strategy as well as the marketing plans for the relevant products and technologies.
- Deploy marketing plans to sales teams in order to promote product ranges, anticipate market evolutions, and meet the needs of various applications.
- Participate in developing the company's visibility and image in its markets.
- Actively contribute to the animation of various communication channels.
- Provide support to local sales teams to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives.
- Work in close collaboration with sales teams, key accounts, R&D, design office, marketing, quality, purchasing, and various support functions.
A graduate of a business school or engineering training, you have significant experience in an industrial environment, particularly in business development and strategic account management.
A field-oriented person, autonomous, curious, and proactive, you possess excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-oriented, you demonstrate strong relational agility and a genuine interest in technical products and environments.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Professional proficiency in English is indispensable for this position.
