IT and AI Support - Corporate

IT and Artificial Intelligence Support $20,000 net monthly | Monday to Friday | 9:00 to 18:00 hrs. | On-site

We are looking for IT and Artificial Intelligence Support to join our Technology team. The person will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, handling Internet and network incidents, configuring accounts and digital tools, as well as supporting Artificial Intelligence projects, automation, and process improvement for different areas of the company. They will work directly with the IT Manager, so we are looking for a person with initiative, dynamism, and the ability to solve problems quickly and autonomously.

Main functions

• Technical support to employees.
• Handling of Internet, network, Wi-Fi, and wired connection failures.
• Diagnosis and follow-up of connectivity problems.
• Creation and configuration of Google Workspace accounts.
• Configuration of access to Back Office, platforms, and virtual tools.
• Administration of users, access, and digital tools.
• Support with account and platform issues.
• Support to different areas to improve and optimize processes.
• Implementation and use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Searching for new AI tools to improve productivity.
• Support in process automation.
• Support in Google Ads and other digital tools.
• Participation in technological projects.
• Documentation of incidents and solutions.
• Follow-up with providers or technological services when necessary.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, Informatics, Computing, Software, or related.
• Can be a recent graduate or have initial experience.
• Medium knowledge in technical support.
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of networks.
• Management of Google Workspace.
• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence.
• Desirable knowledge of Google Ads.
• English is indispensable.
• Ease of learning new tools and platforms.
• Availability to work on-site.
