Product Owner

How do you make our customers happy? As a Product Owner, you are the vital link between our business and IT teams. You translate the strategic objectives of Winparts into clear, actionable plans and ensure that the scrum teams execute them according to the correct priority. Through your sharp insight into both e-commerce, IT, and business processes, you ensure that our digital products align with the wishes of our customers and our organization. By making the right choices and organizing good collaboration between teams, you continuously improve the digital customer experience. In this way, you contribute directly to satisfied customers and the success of Winparts.

The biggest challenge The biggest challenge in your role is effectively connecting different interests within a complex and international organization. You translate business ambitions and needs into concrete IT solutions while simultaneously monitoring the execution of our roadmap. In doing so, you take market developments and customer wishes into account. You ensure that teams are aligned and that decisions are made based on the right information. You monitor quality in an agile environment and engage in robust dialogue with various stakeholders in the Netherlands and Poland (working language English). In this way, you help Winparts grow and further expand its position as a market leader.

What will you do? In your role as Product Owner, you are responsible for: Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, bringing business and IT requirements into alignment;

Managing epics in Jira, writing stories and acceptance criteria that support development teams in building valuable functionalities;

Facilitating the agile process, including sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder meetings;

Translating business strategy and customer insights into concrete product plans and roadmap;

Monitoring the quality, security, and scalability of the platform;

Collaborating with various teams and external vendors to make implementations successful;

Identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within our e-commerce platform.

Why you make the difference You are the connecting link with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner within e-commerce. You have knowledge of both IT and business processes and know how to bring them together in clear, executable plans. Thanks to your communication skills and connecting character, you know how to balance different interests and create support. You have experience working with Atlassian tooling (Jira/ Confluence). Your ability to translate strategy into practical results ensures that we continue to improve and innovate. You enjoy responsibility and can handle the dynamics of a growing, international organization.
