Here, you will find a team of colleagues and managers ready to support your development.Growth Opportunities: We invest in the professional growth of our employees through training and internal promotions.Attractive Benefits: In addition to a market-compatible salary, we offer benefits that ensure quality of life, such as medical assistance and wellness programs.Responsibilities and dutiesPerform checklists, monitoring, and periodic validations of servers, services, connections, and other infrastructure components; Support the administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, including Windows Server and Linux environments; Support the administration of virtualization platforms, mainly Hyper-V and Proxmox; Support the administration of infrastructure services, such as Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, File Server, groups, and permissions; Provide support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and identity, authentication, and MFA; Perform initial troubleshooting of servers, operating systems, services, connectivity, and corporate resources; Support the operation of backup and restoration routines, monitoring jobs, alerts, and recovery tests in solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication and Windows Server Backup; Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on hardware and support the physical organization of the data center; Support networking activities, including TCP/IP, VLANs, layer 2 switches, routers, connectivity, and initial troubleshooting, as well as basic support for firewalls; Monitor the infrastructure and act on alerts using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana; Support the monitoring of storages, volumes, capacity, and availability of storage resources; Register, track, and escalate incidents and tickets with suppliers and partners, supporting compliance with service levels; Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, inventories, topology diagrams, and environment change logs; Develop and maintain simple automations for infrastructure administration, using PowerShell, Bash, Python, BAT, and task/job scheduling; Participate in activities regarding change, update, correction, availability, continuity, and security of the infrastructure, following the area's procedures and guidelines.

Requirements and qualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area; Completed Higher Education or currently studying in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields; Technical English for reading and understanding documentation; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including administration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams; Knowledge of virtualization, especially Hyper-V and Proxmox; Basic knowledge of backup and restoration, using solutions such as Veeam and Windows Server Backup; Basic knowledge of monitoring and observability, such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana; Basic knowledge of automation and scripting, using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or BAT; Knowledge of hardware and Data Center infrastructure; Basic knowledge of Storage and storage concepts.Differentials:Courses or certifications in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, Networks, or Virtualization; Experience with monitoring routines, troubleshooting, and documentation of infrastructure environments; Experience with automation, backup, and observability tools.
