Export Sales Administration Manager - Fluent English and Chinese (M/F)
As part of Qwetch's international growth and the development of its reseller and distributor networks, we are strengthening the Customer Service / Sales Administration team by recruiting an Export Sales Administration Manager. This position plays a key role in the reliability of commercial execution, the satisfaction of international partners, and the fluidity of export operations, from order intake to delivery and payment. The objective is clear: secure international sales, ensure the reliability of administrative and logistical flows, and support Qwetch's export growth. This is a structuring, rigorous, and cross-functional role at the heart of the relationship between sales, supply chain, finance, and customers.
Purpose of the position Ensure the administrative, commercial, and documentary management of B2B international sales (resellers / distributors), from receipt of orders to delivery and payment, in compliance with customs regulations and Qwetch's service commitments.

Reporting line Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager / Sales Director Strong interactions with: France & Export sales team, Supply chain & logistics, Finance / accounting, transport and customs providers, international customers and distributors

Main responsibilities
- Export order management
Receipt, analysis, and validation of international customer orders Verification of prices, commercial conditions, product availability Recording orders in the ERP Issuing order confirmations Monitoring deadlines and proactive communication with customers
- Export documentary and regulatory management
Preparation of commercial invoices and customs documents Preparation of transport documents (B/L, LTA, CMR) Management of certificates of origin, EUR1, DAU, country-specific documents Verification of customs nomenclatures and Incoterms Monitoring and application of export regulations (sanctions, embargoes, local rules)
- Logistics & customs coordination
Coordination with freight forwarders and carriers Monitoring of international shipments and deliveries Anticipation and management of logistical incidents Contribution to the optimization of export flows and processes
- Export customer relations
Primary point of contact for international customers and distributors Regular information on order and delivery status Management of disputes, claims, and anomalies Monitoring of payments in connection with accounting
- Reporting & continuous improvement
Monitoring and reporting of export sales administration activity Contribution to regulatory declarations (DEB, etc.) Updating and ensuring the reliability of customer databases Active participation in the continuous improvement of sales administration processes
Required skills Fluent English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) Mastery of Incoterms and export procedures Knowledge of customs and transport documents Good understanding of international logistical flows Mastery of an ERP and Excel Administrative rigor and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files in parallel Interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service </body>
