Global Steel Product Portfolio Manager M/F

We are looking for a Global Steel Product Portfolio Manager in charge of managing the global portfolio of our steel metallic abrasives used in shot blasting applications across numerous sectors.

He/she will ensure the steering of the product portfolio, the governance of associated data, technical-commercial support, as well as the deployment of improvement and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the standard and premium steel product portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functional trade-offs between sales, production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to reconcile market needs with operational constraints

• Provide technical expertise to sales teams and support them in promoting the solutions best suited to customer needs and internal constraints
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of customer complaints as well as the evaluation of the technical feasibility of specific requests

• Ensure the creation, updating, and consistency of the product portfolio's technical documentation, including technical data sheets, process documentation, product repositories, and associated materials.
• Design and structure technical materials, presentations, and training tools intended for internal teams and customers, and contribute to the consolidation of customer feedback.

• Coordinate competitive intelligence through the analysis and evaluation of competitor products.
• Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings

• Drive the management and governance of steel product data in the Group's ERP and digital tools (AS400, M3, SharePoint, and associated applications).
• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the new product creation process and associated tools.

• Guarantee the consistency and harmonization of product codifications between the different entities of the Group.
• Engineering degree or Master's in metallurgy, materials, mechanics, or equivalent

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment: metallurgy, surface treatment technologies, metallic consumables, industrial processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (M3, AS400 preferred), product data management and governance, as well as product portfolio management tools

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and digital collaborative tools
• Professional English is essential
