*Responsibilities*
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies tailored to construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and enforce safety procedures.
- Lead safety training sessions for workers and management to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with construction management to plan safe work practices during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, training sessions, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, report progress, and coordinate safety initiatives effectively.
*Experience*
- Proven experience working in construction environments with a strong understanding of site safety protocols.
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety activities and documentation.
- Ability to assess risks accurately and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to educate teams on safety procedures and foster a culture of vigilance.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction projects.

Pay: $75,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
