Service Technician

Are you a driven and committed person who puts the customer first and who possesses broad knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics, has good computer skills, and masters English in both speech and writing? Then this could be the job for You! We would prefer that you have a basic education as a vehicle mechanic or similar experience, and if you have recently entered the workforce, we see it more as an opportunity than a hindrance. Your tasks mainly consist of repairs and service of our special machines at the workshop in Umeå. Currently, the service organization in Umeå consists of Workshop Manager (Lars), Technical Specialist (Mattias), as well as three service technicians (Daniel, Mathias, and Stig). As our fourth service technician, we see that you will initially and mainly work inside the workshop in Umeå, but in the long term, you see no problem in, if necessary, getting into a service bus to support our customers on-site at their locations, which in some cases may also involve overnight stays in other locations.

The position is a permanent employment. On-call duty is included in the position. Winn Marketing has been the general agent since 1983 for the world's largest snow groomer manufacturer PistenBully snow and track machines, market-leading electric ice rink machines in the form of Icebear Electric, as well as Olympia and a number of additional special machine agencies such as AEBI implement carriers, Alkè electric cars, etc. Winn has its main warehouse, administration, and workshop in Umeå and, via subsidiaries in Mora and Vallentuna, also has workshops in those locations. In the Norwegian market, sales, service, and maintenance are conducted by Antra AS.
