Established in 2009, we pride ourselves as Asia's first integrated private aviation service provider. Located in our state-of-the-art facility at Seletar Airport, our business segments include Business Jet FBO services, multi-brand aircraft sales, flight training, aircraft management, and lifestyle/hospitality services. We are looking for passionate, driven interns to join our fast-growing team across various core departments.

Your tasks

• Assist the Flight Concierge & Dispatch teams with flight coordination, tracking, and logistics for private aircraft.
• Support pre-flight documentation, airport paperwork, and flight crew administration.
• Coordinate client services and hospitality operations for arriving and departing business jets.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Must be able to commit to a minimum duration of 6 months due to operational training requirements.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Recent graduates looking to gain valuable hands-on industry experience prior to entering the permanent workforce full-time are highly welcome to apply.
• Proactive, meticulous, safety-minded, and high level of professionalism.
