About the Opportunity

WingsOverAsia is a well-established Singapore-based Fixed Base Operator and business aviation services platform. Following a period of strong operational performance and growing regional demand, we are investing in our leadership capacity to drive the next phase of our growth strategy.

We are seeking an accomplished aviation executive to join our senior leadership team and partner with the Board of Directors in scaling our charter, jet management, hangarage, and ground handling operations across Southeast Asia.

This is a succession-planning and capability-building appointment — designed to ensure we have the leadership depth, regulatory expertise, and commercial acumen to capitalise on market opportunities and deliver long-term value to our stakeholders.

What You Will Lead

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a multi-year business strategy that expands revenue and market position across all business lines, including new market entry and strategic partnerships.
• Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L; ensure robust financial controls, forecasting, and disciplined capital allocation.
• Commercial Excellence: Drive charter sales, jet management, hangarage, and fuel revenue growth while deepening relationships with clients, aircraft owners, and charter brokers.
• Regulatory & Safety Leadership: Serve as the nominated Accountable Manager for CAAS and aviation authority compliance; champion a zero-harm safety culture.
• Operational Scale: Oversee seamless service delivery, asset management, and capital projects to support business expansion.
• People & Culture: Build and retain a high-performing leadership team; foster accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Governance: Provide transparent Board reporting and ensure strong corporate governance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years at C-suite or country leadership level.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigour.
• Proven track record in aviation, FBO, MRO, aerospace, or premium service operations.
• Strong P&L ownership with demonstrable results in revenue growth and cost optimisation.
• Deep understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (ICAO, CAAS, EASA, or FAA).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with high-net-worth clientele, government agencies, and board-level engagement.
• Fluency in English with conversational proficiency in Thai is a strong plus.
