Job Summary

Join Wings Riverside as a bar staff member to manage bar operations, assist guests, and support daily activities. Training is provided for all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar to ensure readiness for service and secure closure
• Manage bar operations including ordering supplies, preparing drinks, and controlling inventory to maintain smooth workflow
• Attend to guests in the bar and restaurant areas to provide friendly and efficient service
• Assist the manager in coordinating daily bar activities to support efficient operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate friendliness, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly to adapt to the role
• Communicate effectively and build positive interactions with guests and team members
• Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol to enhance guest experience (advantageous but not essential)
