IFS Support Specialist (ERP)

Your tasks

• -> Take ownership of technical and functional ERP incidents, service requests and improvement initiatives, from initial investigation through resolution, testing and implementation, escalating to external partners or vendors when required
• -> Maintain support documentation, including tickets, configuration changes, user guides, and FAQs
• -> Assist with ERP administration, including user access management, system configuration, release coordination, implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives
• -> Support the administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure and database environments related to business applications, including configuration, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring
• -> Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, application teams, Key Users, Business Process Managers, and external technology partners to ensure the availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems
• -> Support end-user training by preparing materials, providing guidance on application functionalities, and facilitating knowledge transfer
• -> Communicate clearly and professionally in English with local and international stakeholders
