WEB DEVELOPER (SEO & GEO SPECIALIST) OFFLINE INTERVIEW Winfield Real Estate | Full-Time We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong SEO knowledge and an understanding of AI Search Optimization (GEO) to improve website performance, search visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages.
• Improve Google rankings through On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Implement GEO strategies to increase visibility on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Search.
• Optimize website speed, UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Web Development experience.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of SEO and familiarity with GEO / AI Search Optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of structured data, website optimization, and responsive design.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing real estate websites or property portals.
• Proven track record in improving SEO rankings and organic traffic.
• Experience with lead generation, CRM, and WhatsApp integration.
