Shall we toast to the next chapter of this story? 🍷Responsibilities and attributions Perform international trade operations for product importation; Analyze, review, and approve importation documents such as Proforma, Labels and Counter-labels, Packing List, BL/HBL, CRT, and Commercial Invoice; Negotiate and contract international freight; Authorize shipments and monitor customs clearance procedures; Manage the importation process from the moment of the purchase order until entry into stock, passing through the stages of production, shipment preparation, transit, docking, and clearance in Brazil; Map alternatives for the reduction of importation costs and decrease in process lead times; Monitor the fulfillment of the importation process stages with follow-ups; Enter and update information in the system; Develop reports for area management.Requirements and qualifications What do we expect from you? Completed Higher Education in Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, or Administração with an emphasis on Comércio Exterior Advanced English and Spanish Knowledge of the office package It will be very cool if, in addition to this, you have: Experience in legislation for the importation of wines and beverages Knowledge in customs clearance Knowledge of SAP and/or MegaAdditional information Medical Assistance with coparticipation Dental Assistance Meal voucher/food voucher Life Insurance PPR Wellhub/Gympass Discount on Wine products
