Senior Marketing, Branding, Loyalty Executive
About the role
Lead the planning, executing and optimization of the loyalty program to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Develop and implement CRM campaigns, member journeys, and targeted communications across key customer touchpoints. Coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across retail and F&B channels, managing campaign implementation, promotional mechanics, POS configuration, communication materials, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, executing and optimization of the loyalty program to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns, member journeys, and targeted communications across key customer touchpoints.
- Monitor loyalty program performance, analyze member behavior and campaign results, and recommend initiatives to improve effectiveness.
- Oversee loyalty platform operations, including promotion setup, member communications, rewards management, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with operations, retail, F&B, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives and member experience.
- Develop and execute the EDM calendar in line with marketing objectives, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Segment customer databases and implement targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across retail and F&B channels.
- Prepare regular reports on loyalty performance, campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and marketing KPIs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in Marketing, CRM/Loyalty Program Management, or Brand Management, with proven experience leading end-to-end campaigns. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for cross-functional and vendor coordination. Proficient in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM/loyalty platforms, eDM tools, and POS systems. Strong campaign and project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ownership of key programs with minimal supervision. Experience coordinating across internal teams, outlets, and external vendors.
