Assistant Shop Manager - Boonjanong Modern Apartment Branch, Surat Thani Province

Your tasks

-Supervise and manage storefront operations and sales to meet targets

• Recommend wines and upsell wines to customers for takeaway

-Responsible for the cash register in the wine section

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and the wine shelf area
• Perform daily wine stock checks
• Summarize daily sales and send reports to relevant departments
• Clean the shop, maintain overall orderliness within the shop, and is able to work shifts

Requirements

1. Male or female, aged 20-40 years old
2. Education level from Grade 9 to Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3. Able to communicate in English at an intermediate to good level
4. Service-minded and enjoys sales work
5. 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry will be specially considered
6. Able to work 5 days with 2 days off (days off on weekdays)
