Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

Core Role Responsibilities Schedules installation appointments

Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks

Manages Installation pipeline and paperwork

Maintains communication with customers; collect and submit funding

Receives and maintains inventory of orders

Resolves relevant customer resolution issues

Close installations in the CRM when verified complete

Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications High school Diploma or GED

2+ year of similar administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus

Customer-centric mindset

Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment

Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
