ABOUT THE ROLE
Within the Sports Betting team, organized in rotating shifts to ensure a service active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will contribute to the smooth operation and optimization of the sports betting offering designed by Winamax for its clientele.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a team composed of about fifty traders, you will be responsible for:
- Publishing bets on the site (verifying matches, odds, and titles),
- Supervision and adjustment of pre-match and live odds,
- Validation of bets,
- Verification of results and closing of bets.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams — such as customer support, community managers, journalists, betting marketing, and the anti-fraud department — on cross-functional projects related to the world of betting.
In particular, you will work closely with the marketing team to adapt and develop the sports betting offering based on current needs and user behavior.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Beyond your educational background, we are looking for sports enthusiasts with excellent knowledge of the sports betting world.
The work is carried out on rotating shifts: therefore, alternating availability during the day, night, and on weekends is required.

- Confidence with numbers,

- Good interpersonal skills.
POSITION CONDITIONS
Full-time permanent contract (35 hours per week)
Cyclical individual shift pattern over 12 weeks: 4 weeks morning / 2 afternoon / 4 evening / 2 night
Work location: Paris
Working language: French or English (possibility of French courses within the company)
Part-time, freelance, student contracts, or internships/apprenticeships are not planned
SELECTION PROCESS
- Interview with HR (30-45 minutes)
- Test
- Final interview with the team manager Thomas, at the Paris offices. If you live in Italy, Winamax can cover travel costs for the final interview (subject to conditions and upon presentation of receipts).
