You will be responsible for:

• Managing the organization's technological infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, Windows and Linux platforms, storage, and backups.
• Managing and optimizing Cloud services, mainly in AWS, managing compute resources, storage, and virtual networks.
• Participating in implementation and migration processes of infrastructure towards Cloud environments.
• Permanently monitoring the technological infrastructure, managing alerts, incidents, capacity, and performance.
• Executing and validating backups, recovery processes, and contingency environments to ensure operational continuity.
• Applying updates, patches, hardening, digital certificates, and access controls on the infrastructure.
• Automating operational tasks through scripting and administration and configuration tools.
• Analyzing infrastructure growth and capacity, proposing expansions, renewals, or resource optimizations.
• Coordinating with Architecture, Development, Data, Processes, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure the availability and evolution of the infrastructure.
• Managing technical coordination with providers, consultants, and external personnel.
• Documenting procedures, configurations, and controls associated with the technological infrastructure.
• Other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

To be a winner you need:

• Certified Technician, Bachelor, or Degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in technological infrastructure administration, IT operations, or similar functions.
• Experience managing Cloud environments, mainly AWS. Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud is desirable.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, backup, and operational continuity.
• Knowledge of networks and communications.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Desirable knowledge of automation through PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Basic handling of project management tools such as MS Project or Project Libre.
• Basic handling of GitHub or GitLab.
• Desirable knowledge of Power BI for indicator tracking.
• Intermediate level handling of Microsoft Office.
• Basic level English.
• Desirable experience in high-criticality environments or with significant volumes of technological infrastructure.
