LEGISLATIVE AND COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (m/f)

Job description: • monitoring and analysis of Czech, European, and foreign legislation related to the company's activities, especially regarding the import and export of goods within and outside the EU • assessing the impact of new legislation on the company's activities and proposing practical solutions for its implementation • creation and updating of internal guidelines, procedures, and related documentation • issuing and managing declarations of conformity and other documents required by relevant legislation • Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) agenda, especially in the area of packaging, including reporting and cooperation with the EKO-KOM system • addressing requirements arising from European legislation, especially in the area of packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and materials and packaging intended to come into contact with food according to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and (EU) No. 10/2011 • monitoring other legislative changes relevant to the company's assortment and business activities • cooperation with laboratories and certification institutions when ensuring testing, certification, and other documentation needed to prove product conformity • cooperation with company management, the quality department, and other units when setting up processes in accordance with valid legislation

Requirements: • Secondary or Higher Education • knowledge of the English language for working with professional and legislative documentation • interest in continuous education and development of knowledge in the field of legislation related to the job position • very good organizational and analytical skills • meticulousness, independence, and a responsible approach to work - ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments • experience in a similar position is an advantage • knowledge of the ERP system Helios iNuvio is an advantage
