• Structuring complex projects as well as translating military requirements into economic solutions – that is exactly your strength

What you bring

• Officer of the Bundeswehr – actively retiring or already working in the civilian sector
• Bundeswehr experience is not a "nice to have" here – it is of the highest relevance
• Experience in armament, staff work, or project organization
• You think structurally, communicate clearly, and roll up your sleeves – even when the path is not predefined
• Independent working is second nature to you
• Good English skills (meetings, presentations, documents)
• Willingness for occasional business trips within the DACH region
