Responsibilities and duties

• Perform continuous monitoring of the competition (focused on volume, ports, and fleet) to generate market insights;
• Monthly monitoring of the current customer base and market share in ports to guide strategic account management;
• Monitor the roadmap of customer projects, new infrastructure investments, and changes in guidelines;
• Monthly consolidation of the commercial area's results report/presentation;
• Monitor global commodity flows and those specific to the China-Brazil route, measuring the direct impact on the demand for port support;
• Prepare on-demand executive summaries regarding global geopolitical events and crises that affect Brazilian maritime routes;
• Deepen and apply demand forecasting methodologies by customer/shipowner to support commercial and operational planning;
• Monitor new terminals, lease auctions, port concessions, and infrastructure expansions in the country;
• Map movements, new partnerships, and concessions of Chinese state-owned companies in the Brazilian logistics/port sector.

Requirements and qualifications Mandatory Requirements:

• Completed Higher Education: Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or Marketing;
• Experience in the area/function;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Excel;
• Practical knowledge in Salesforce;
