We are seeking a Shea Sustainability Supervisor to join our team and support the implementation of our sustainability agenda across the shea value chain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and purpose-driven professional who is passionate about sustainable agriculture, community engagement and responsible sourcing. The successful candidate will contribute to initiatives that strengthen traceability and sustainability within the shea supply chain, while helping create lasting value for farmers, communities and the wider business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of the Company's shea sustainability programmes and initiatives.
• Engage with farmers, communities and relevant local stakeholders.

• Support sustainability activities across the shea value chain and ensure effective field implementation.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and sustainability reports.

• Collect and analyze field information to support programme monitoring and decision-making.
• Support traceability, sustainability and compliance-related activities.

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver agreed sustainability objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Natural Resources, Agriculture, Consumer Sciences, Geography, Humanities, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience within the shea value chain will be a strong advantage.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong report writing, documentation and data management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in field-based environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION

• Fluency in Dagbani and other relevant local languages.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
