Loading Crew Supervisor

This is your role:

As a loading crew supervisor, you combine a hands-on role on the shop floor with the necessary administrative follow-up. You ensure that our transport activities run smoothly: you lead the loading crew, monitor safety and quality, and ensure correct planning and administration.

1) Administration:

• You keep the transport planning on track and ensure that the necessary documents are correctly prepared. You prepare waybills and CMRs, provide them to the loaders, and further follow up on the administration.
• You are in close contact with the dispatchers of Transwinaton, our own transport company, and together you ensure smooth daily operations.

2) Leading loaders

• You ensure that shipments are loaded safely, correctly, and on time.
• You help lead the loaders, support them where necessary, and ensure that safety and quality are always central.
• You are the first point of contact for the loaders and assist them with questions or problems on the shop floor.
• You monitor the stock and think along about improvements to organize the loading activities as efficiently as possible.

This is your profile:

• You possess at least an A2 diploma or equivalent through experience. Experience with a roller bridge is a plus but not a requirement. You can work with the most common computer programs.
• You can hold your own in French and English.
• You are hands-on and have a dynamic mindset. You can work accurately and independently. You are stress-resistant.
