We are looking for a highly skilled, true hybrid Senior AI Filmmaker for Ads who brings a strong background in film and cinematography to the world of Artificial Intelligence. We strictly require someone who already possesses proven, hands-on skills in generating and editing AI content, combined with the refined eye of a traditional filmmaker. This senior position requires a deep understanding of cinematic language—such as framing, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling—to transform generative AI assets into high-quality, seamless, and emotionally engaging video content. You will be responsible for executing complex edits, establishing highly efficient workflows, and ensuring top-tier quality control so that the final output feels like a crafted film rather than a stitched-together AI experiment.

• Execute end-to-end video editing at a senior level, flawlessly integrating generative AI assets with professional film post-production techniques.
• Utilize advanced prompt engineering to generate high-quality AI B-rolls, applying cinematography principles (e.g., specific focal lengths, dynamic camera movements, and cinematic lighting) to direct the AI's visual output.
• Perform rigorous quality control (QC) to eliminate common AI inconsistencies (such as visual artifacts, mismatched voiceovers, or unnatural movements) to meet high-end film and commercial standards.
• Establish and continuously optimize a hybrid workflow that bridges the gap between traditional film editing and modern AI generation.
• Act as the ultimate visual storyteller, executing precise color grading, immersive sound design, and maintaining the narrative arc and pacing throughout the video.
• Proactively explore and test the latest AI technology trends, adapting new text-to-video or image-to-video models into a cinematic production pipeline.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Film, Cinema, or High-End Commercial Post-Production with a proven track record as a Senior Editor.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid combination of cinematic storytelling (traditional editing) and advanced Generative AI implementation (must be attached).
• Deep, foundational understanding of cinematography principles (lighting, composition, camera angles, color theory, and pacing).
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard editing and finishing software (DaVinci Resolve is highly preferred, along with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Advanced, hands-on experience with cutting-edge Generative AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, ElevenLabs, Seadance).
• Highly independent with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the final cinematic output in remote working settings.

Candidate without any AI Video Portfolio in cinematic/film style cannot be proceed to next step.
