Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensivetechnology strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-termobjectives
• Lead and mentor a team of technologyprofessionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edgetechnologies such as AI ,IoT, and cloud computing to maintain the company'scompetitive edge in the rapidly evolving tech landscape
• Stay informed about emerging technologiesand industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the business Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance products, services, andinternal processes
• Ensure compliance with Singapore'scybersecurity and data protection regulations, including the Personal DataProtection Act (PDPA)
• Represent the company in technology-relatedmatters with partners, customers, and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognizeduniversity
• 10+ years of experience in seniortechnology leadership roles, with at least years in a CTO or equivalent position
• Proven track record of successfullymanaging R&D initiatives and guiding technologies from concept tocommercialization.
• Proven track record in developing andimplementing technology strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Exceptional leadership and team-buildingskills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performingtechnical teams.
• Experience working with Singaporegovernment tech agencies (e.g., GovTech, IMDA)
• Familiarity with Singapore's regulatoryenvironment for technology companies Knowledge of regional technology trends and markets in Southeast Asia
