Your tasks

• Together with the Sales Management, you will look after our customers from Discount and Food Retail – from the initial inquiry to the final listing.
• You will prepare offers, tender documents, and prepare price and condition data to be ready for decision-making.
• You will manage new listings, re-listings, and product changes, holding the threads together between the customer, product development, quality assurance, production, and logistics.
• You will coordinate packaging and layout processes with agencies and customers, including correction loops and print approvals.
• You will create customer presentations, statistics, and decision templates for Sales Management and the Executive Board.
• You will coordinate sample requests, customer promotions, and complaints, and ensure smooth office organization within sales.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Ideally, you bring experience from sales back-office, sales assistance, or the support of demanding business customers – preferably from the food industry or retail.
• You have very good knowledge of common MS-Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, and work confidently with calculations and evaluations.
• In telephone and written contact, you appear confident, professional, and reliable.
• You enjoy coordinating between multiple parties and bringing customers, specialist departments, and production together for viable solutions.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and maintain an overview even with short-term customer inquiries.
• Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a confident manner characterize you.
• You possess good written and spoken English skills.
