Quality Manager

Work location: 9100 Völkermarkt

Employment extent: Full-time

Your tasks:

• Central interface between our customers, production, product management, and quality assurance

• Support for our project managers in the creation of assembly, testing, and work instructions as well as test protocols

• Moderation of risk analyses according to the FMEA method and derivation of suitable measures

• Planning and control of process validations as well as coordination with our customers

• Qualification of manufacturing and assembly equipment and support during introduction into production

• Representation of our customers' quality interests in serial production

• Professional processing of complaints

• Implementation of systematic improvement measures for the sustainable increase of product and process quality

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical and/or economic education at Matura, FH, or university level

• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and quality methods such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP is an advantage

• In-depth statistical and methodological knowledge, especially FAI, MSA, Cpk-Analyse, FMEA as well as APQP/PPAP

• Basic knowledge in the field of medical technology, especially DHF, DMR, DHR as well as IQ/OQ/PQ

• Very good English skills

• Independent, exact, and structured way of working

• Communicative and socially competent personality with high persuasiveness

• Diplomatic flair and enjoyment of partnership-based cooperation with customers

Remuneration:

The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry and corresponds to employment group E. Depending on individual education, qualification, and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay. Further details will be gladly explained in a personal interview.
