RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execution of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for new projects and series orders
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing supplier quotations
• Analysis of price and cost structures as well as identification of potential savings
• Price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
• Selection of suitable suppliers considering economic efficiency, quality, and delivery performance
• Coordination of technical issues with internal specialist departments
• Execution of benchmark analyses to optimize material costs
• Collaboration in the successful implementation of new customer projects

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in purchasing or in an industrial environment
• Analytical thinking skills as well as economic understanding
• Knowledge in purchasing management and supplier evaluation
• Negotiation skills and communication skills
• Basic technical understanding
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
