Social Media & Content Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives for our AI-powered platform, Zairoo.ai.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging visual content, producing short-form videos, and managing social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Design social media graphics, carousel posts, promotional materials and simple animations.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, Reels and AI-assisted marketing content.
• Develop content calendars, coordinate publishing schedules and support marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media engagement, monitor performance and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and improve content effectiveness.
• Explore AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Experience in social media content creation, graphic design or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator or similar creative tools.
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos independently.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in AI-assisted content creation and digital marketing analytics will be an advantage.
