Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated Mathematics answers and explanations for accuracy and clarity to enhance student understanding
- Verify mathematical correctness and simplify solutions for Primary Mathematics students
- Improve step-by-step explanations and learning approaches to support effective student comprehension
- Identify common student mistakes to help AI adapt and provide targeted guidance
- Test the AI tutor using real Primary Mathematics questions to ensure reliability and relevance
- Collaborate with AI engineers to refine prompts, responses, and learning flows for better tutoring outcomes
- Develop and review Mathematics questions and learning materials to maintain curriculum alignment
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of the Singapore Primary Mathematics curriculum
- Experience teaching or tutoring Mathematics, professionally or privately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Interest in AI, EdTech, or digital learning technologies
- Experience with AI tools or prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Bar Model methodology
- Experience creating Mathematics questions or educational content
- Basic programming or Python knowledge
- Experience testing EdTech products
