Wild Cabo Tours is looking for a dynamic, extroverted Master of Ceremonies with excellent communication skills to join our tourist entertainment team.

Job Objective: To be responsible for animating, directing, and maintaining a fun and pleasant atmosphere during boat tours, constantly interacting with passengers and providing a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Animate and interact with passengers throughout the tour.

Direct activities, dynamics, and contests on board.

Coordinate the musical atmosphere together with the DJ.

Provide directions and information related to the tour and safety measures.

Maintain constant and pleasant communication with visitors.

Contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our passengers.

Requirements:

Advanced English is indispensable.

Experience in animation, events, tourist entertainment, or sales (desirable).

Head Bartender

Wild Cabo Tours is looking for a Head Bartender with experience in supervising and operating high-volume bars, leadership skills, and solid knowledge in mixology, inventories, and cost control.

Job Objective: To supervise and guarantee the correct functioning of the bars, ensuring beverage quality, inventory control, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bar staff.

Create, update, and standardize classic and signature cocktail recipes.

Control inventories, stock, supplies, and shrinkage.

Perform audits and sales balancing through POS systems.

Supervise costs of spirits, liquors, and perishable products.

Plan schedules and organize operations during high-demand hours.

Train and develop the team of bartenders and barbacks.

Guarantee hygienic handling of food and beverages.

Supervise customer service and promote upselling strategies.

Maintain the quality and service standards established by the company.

Requirements:

Verifiable experience as Jefe de Barra or Head Bartender.

Intermediate English.

Proficiency in Office suite and advanced Excel.

Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Experience in inventory and cost control.

Leadership, organization, and personnel management skills.

Knowledge of high-volume food and beverage operations.
