We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with graphic competence who wants to be part of our team and be responsible for driving and developing our marketing activities and our communication nationally and internationally.

Your tasks

In this broad and varied role, you will work with a focus on operational marketing work where, together with colleagues, you own our marketing. You will have many contact surfaces and several target groups (B2B, B2C). In the role, you independently drive our marketing work forward with responsibility for:

• Creating, publishing, and updating content on Alde's website, with a focus on quality, brand, and awareness regarding SEO.
• Producing and updating marketing material such as product sheets, brochures, catalogs, advertisements, POS material, and presentations.
• Planning, creating, and publishing content in social media as well as coordinating campaigns.
• Supporting sales, OEM, and service with sales material, image and text packages, instructions, and other communication material.
• The company's trade fairs and events within Europe – from planning and coordination to implementation and follow-up.
• Managing the image and text bank, profile clothing, and give-aways, as well as contributing to the production of marketing, communication, training, and pre-sales material.

You report to our Marketing Manager.

Your background/Your qualities

You have a bachelor's degree and have worked at least three years in the field or alternatively acquired the knowledge through several years of operational work with graphics and brand visibility. If you have driven projects and worked brand-driven in an international environment, it is meritorious. The position requires very good knowledge of operational work in the Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). If you have also worked with moving material, it is meritorious. In the position, you speak and write in English daily, and the role requires very good writing skills and visual sense for communication, with the ability to produce and adapt content for multiple purposes and contexts. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are an independent colleague who is good at planning and executing marketing work. You are a doer who is easy to communicate with.

The position is a permanent full-time employment at Alde located in Färlöv with approximately 20 travel days/year in Europe (B-license required).
