Proposal & Execution Engineer

Responsibilities: Prepare accurate proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements and WIKA standards. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure feasibility, lead times, and smooth execution. Manage project delivery from order intake to completion, ensuring timelines, documentation, and compliance. Act as the technical contact for customers during execution, providing updates and resolving issues. Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and sharing lessons learned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Engineering from a recognised institution preferably Polytechnics Possess good interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced, target driven work environment With good written and oral communication ability in English Candidates with prior experience in field instrumentation will be preferred.
