That would suit perfectly, because at Wienerberger we are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator (Head of Inside Sales) Full-time, for Kijfwaard-West in Pannerden for the Paving Bricks department.

As Sales Coordinator Paving Bricks, you will lead the commercial-administrative employees in the inside sales department, in the area of order processing and providing information to customers of infra- and garden paving plus the outside sales. You will help in a positively motivating, result-oriented manner with the optimization of work processes and the further professionalization of the order-to-cash process. Additionally, you will contribute to the establishment of sales budgets and progress analyses and will be responsible for the handling of complaints.

What do we ask of you?

For this job at HBO level (commercial/economic), you combine your proven leadership skills in commercial inside sales with some experience in the construction world, preferably in the paving market. You are a true people manager who is organizationally and analytically strong, stress-resistant, practically minded and solution-oriented, a strong personality with an eye for quality products and processes. Knowledge of German and English is necessary, knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
