WHAT WE OFFER: GREAT PAY As a New Construction Residential HVAC Installer, we offer competitive piecework rates where you will have the opportunity to earn $400-$600 daily , with a workload of up to 3 houses per week.

OUR IDEAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

Indentured apprentice or Journeyperson

Residential HVAC installation experience

Experience with full rough-ins

Excellent sheet metal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals

Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And who can manage these responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, and air conditioners

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper system installation

Lay out and connect ductwork according to specifications

Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all installations

Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
