Your tasks

• Registration of freight, import, and export
• Follow-up of customs documents, booking lists, and deviation reporting to the airlines
• Manifesting departing flights
• Follow-up of import and export in accordance with our customs warehouse authorization
• Screening and sorting of freight
• Maintaining close communication with your own departments as well as external partners
• Handling telephone and email
• Customer contact, reception, and registration
• Performing all necessary tasks in Galaxy, Jena, Bluejay, Smartcargo, and Bring
• Staying up to date with the content of new instructions
