Warehouse Manager – ( Free Zone ) Chachoengsao

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control Free Zone warehouse operations in accordance with company plans and goals
• Control Receiving, Storage, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch for efficiency
• Supervise operations to comply with Free Zone customs regulations, SOP, and customer requirements
• Control Inventory accuracy and verify reconciliation between Physical Stock, WMS, and customs data
• Inspect and approve documents related to the movement of goods in–out of the Free Zone
• Manage Manpower, Equipment, Warehouse Space, Productivity, and Operating Cost
• Monitor and manage KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Productivity, Damage, and Customer Complaint
• Coordinate with customers, Customs Broker, Transport, and related agencies
• Support Customer Audit, Internal Audit, and inspections from government agencies
• Analyze problems, prepare RCA/CAPA, and drive continuous efficiency improvements
• Supervise Safety, Security, and 5S within the warehouse area

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5–7 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics and experience in team management Knowledge of Inventory Control, WMS, and Warehouse Operation Experience in Free Zone / Bonded Warehouse / Customs will be specially considered Possess leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate in English for work
